Q: Where are Calmtree Herbs sourced?
We are passionate about ethical, healthy and natural products that have been sourced responsibly. Our commitment to quality products is as important to you as it is to us.​ Therefore, we source from BRC* accredited companies and as such, are audited yearly to ensure they adhere to the required standards to uphold the certification.
*BRC Global Standards is a leading brand and consumer protection organisation, used by over 26,000 certificated suppliers in over 130 countries. BRC Global Standards' guarantee the standardisation of quality, safety and operational criteria.

Q: Are Calmtree Herbs Organic/Fairtrade?
A: We are not 100% organic, but we do include organic ingredients where possible. We responsibly source a range of Organic and Fairtrade Organic products, certified by the Soil Association and Fairtrade Foundation respectively.
We ensure the herbs we source are from where working conditions are above average and the farmers are paid a premium for all of their crops, which in turn, builds a sustainable business.

Q: Do Calmtree Herbs Contain Any Artificial Ingredients, Flavours or Colours?
A: All of the Calmtree range contain only natural ingredients straight from the earth as nature intended!

Q: Is Calmtree packaging Environmentally friendly?
A: Our packaging is recyclable, compostable or bio-degradable, non toxic and meet the EU DIN EN 13432-2000-12 Guidelines.

Q: Do Calmtree products contain allergens?
A: The herbs we use are generally safe to consume however we do advise to seek advice from a health care provider if you are pregnant or on medication which we clearly display on the packaging and on this website on each product.​

Q: Do You Deliver Internationally?
A: Yes, we deliver worldwide.

Q: How Much Will My Order Cost?
A: All orders in the UK qualify for free standard delivery. ​

A: We aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days.

We deliver via Royal Mail second class with options for tracked and 24hr or 48hr delivery at an extra charge.
