In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, Calmtree guarantee a refund when you return your order to us within 14 days of receipt.

Once we have received the returned goods a refund will be credited to your original method of payment and may take up to 14 days.

Returns are only valid if the item is in an unused condition with all original packaging.

The return of an item is at customer's own cost and we cannot be liable for any damage or loss during the return process.
